The amount of this reservation will not be charged to the credit card (payment must be made directly at the hotel) except if indicated otherwise in the rate conditions. In case of no show (no presentation), a charge will be applied according to the cancellation policy of the rate.

Cleaning and deposits
The change of towels is done every 3 days. The change of sheets and cleaning of the apartments is done weekly.
Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 will be requested as a deposit .

There is the possibility of including Aliment in your reservation. The service is offered at the Hotel Avenida**** (in front of the apartments).

Christmas days and Christmas Eve
On December 25 and 31 the Full Board is not offered. If you have booked your stay through those days in Full Board, we inform you that on the 25th and 31st you are only reserving the Half Board regimen, which is what you will enjoy these days.
