The amount of this reservation will not be charged to the credit card (payment must be made directly at the hotel) unless otherwise indicated in the rate conditions. The maximum amount to be paid in cash is €1,000. If the reservation is greater than €1,000, the amount must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the day of your arrival. After this period up to 24 hours before your arrival, the first night of stay will be charged. After 24 hours or in case of no-show, 100% of the first two nights will be charged.

Towels are changed every 3 days. The change of sheets and cleaning of the apartments is done weekly.
Upon arrival a deposit of €100 will be requested as a guarantee.
FREE cot available on request.

There is the possibility of including Alimony in your reservation. The service is offered at the Hotel Avenida**** (in front of the apartments). This service can be requested at the reception and paid upon arrival if you have not included it in your reservation.

All guests of the Apartamentos Avenida can make free use of the facilities of the Hotel Avenida**** (in front of the apartments), such as the swimming pool, the sauna* (for a fee), the bar, restaurant and entertainment.

On December 25 and 31, Full Board is not offered. If you have booked your stay for these days in Full Board, we inform you that on the 25th and 31st you are only booking the Half Board regime, which is what you will enjoy these days.

Remember that all those over 14 years of age who are going to stay in the establishment must present a valid identification document (ID, Passport)
