Rules to follow
· Apartamentos Avenida accepts cats and dogs of maximum 15 kilos as pets.
· Upon arrival, you must provide your pet's health record with up-to-date vaccinations.
· Your pet must be accompanied at all times, they should not be left alone.
· Our staff will not be able to enter your room if your pet is alone (cleaning or maintenance), so you must agree on a cleaning schedule at Reception.
· Your pet must enter and leave our facilities with its leash on. Muzzle when necessary.
· The Hotel Avenida does not allow the entry of animals.
